Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer service team or visit our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Item

  Disassemble the furniture if necessary and place it back in its original packaging with all hardware included.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Our logistics team will coordinate a convenient time to pick up the return from your residence.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
